The perfect gift for any occasion! The Gift Card is a digital card, available for different amounts, which allows the recipient the absolute freedom of choice on the product to buy. The amount of the Gift Card covers the entire order, including shipping costs, and can also be used for multiple orders, until the credit is used up. We remind you that it can be used on all products in the "bluxury.it" catalog, including items offered on sale or on sale.
1. DESCRIPTION OF THE GIFT CARD
1.1 The virtual "Gift Card", available in the fixed amounts provided on the Site, can be used by the beneficiary to purchase any product on the Site, with the exception of further Gift Cards, until the end of its value. The Purchaser may purchase one or more Gift Cards for himself or give it to a third party.
1.2 The Gift Card purchased will be usable until the end of the relative credit exclusively for the purchase of products through the Site. The Gift Card, which will be provided in electronic format and sent by email, can only be purchased by the Buyer registered on the "bluxury .it "and that he / she has authenticated (by logging in), the fields relating to the name and e-mail address will be pre-filled with the respective data specified when registering on the site.
1.3 The amount paid for the purchase of the Gift Card will be transferred to the seller in a non-interest-bearing deposit, it cannot be converted into cash, nor can it be credited to a credit card or bank account.
2. HOW TO PURCHASE THE GIFT CARD - FINALIZATION OF THE CONTRACT
2.1 If the Gift Card is intended as a gift to a third party, by activating the appropriate "buy as a gift" option, the Buyer implicitly requests the deferred sending of the Gift Card to a third party, who will be entitled to use it, until its value is exhausted, based on these conditions.
2.2 In the form relating to the Gift Card to be given to third parties, during the related purchase process, the Purchaser will be asked for the beneficiary's data to indicate:
- sender's name and surname;
- sender's email;
- name and surname of the recipient;
- e-mail address and/or telephone number of the recipient;
These data will be processed exclusively to allow the Seller to send the Gift Card to the third party via e-mail, its release and the fulfillment of the consequent services and obligations by the Seller.
2.3 The recipient information referred to in paragraph 2.2 above will be kept only until the confirmation of the release of the Gift Card by the third party, to be carried out as described below, and no later than the term of validity of the Gift Card itself. After these periods, the data relating to the third party processed for the purposes indicated here will be deleted.
2.4 The Buyer declares to be aware that the incorrect indication of the data relating to the third party or recipient (paragraph 2.2.) To whom the Gift Card is to be sent, indicated during the purchase process, will make it impossible for them to receive and use the Gift Card itself, without any liability being attributed to the Seller.
3. USE OF THE GIFT CARD
3.1 The activation and use of the Gift Card does not involve any additional cost and can be used to purchase all items in the "bluxury.it" catalog, including products on offer or on sale.
3.2 The Gift Card can be used for each order also for any shipping costs and cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
3.3 In the event that the total amount of the order is greater than the credit available in the Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with one of the payment methods available on the Site, in order to to complete the order.
4. VALIDITY OF THE GIFT CARD
4.1 The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the receipt by the Buyer and / or Beneficiary of the Gift Card activation email.
4.2 The Gift Card can be used in one or more purchases on the Site until the credited amount is completely exhausted, without prejudice to the term of validity of the same.
4.3 Any residual credit present in the Gift Card and not yet used upon expiry of the same cannot be refunded.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASING A GIFT CARD
5.1 The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for a Gift Card, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the purchase of the relative Gift Card, i.e. from the date of receipt of the confirmation e-mail. of the Gift Card. The right of withdrawal referred to in this paragraph is expressly excluded and it will not be possible to exercise it with reference to a Gift Card partially or wholly used for purchases of goods on the site.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a request to "bluxury.it", via the contact form or to the e-mail address amministrazione@bluxury.it, or using the attached form, indicating:
- the order number from which you are withdrawing
- the expiry date and the value of the Gift Card
In the case of withdrawal exercised in reference to a Gift Card purchased to give it to a third party, the latter will receive an e-mail informing him of the deactivation of the Gift Card as a result of the exercised right of withdrawal by the Buyer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH A GIFT CARD
6.1 The purchase of one or more products using a Gift Card, pursuant to the general conditions of sale, provides the Buyer with the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
