Returns

All unworn items, except purchases from the Tailoring category, can be returned within 10 days of receiving the goods.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. All customers wishing to make a return must write to costumerservice@bluxury.it, the customer will be informed on the procedures to follow.
2. All customized products (eg items in the Tailoring category) cannot be returned, unless agreed with costumerservice@bluxury.it
3. The return shipment made by courier indicated by "bluxury.it" will be free. If it is returned by another courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.
4. The return shipment must take place within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
5. As soon as the return arrives at our warehouses, once the good condition of the items has been ascertained, compensation can be made available in 3 types:

EXCHANGE OF GOODS:

• same product in different sizes and/or colors
• choice of a different item, of equal or greater value
• Gift Card (gift) in this case the credit will be in the name of another person who will make purchases on "bluxury.it"

STORE CREDIT:

• a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for purchases on "bluxury.it"
• may be used upon 12 months from the date of issue
• must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value

REFUND:

• "bluxury.it" will refund the customer for the full amount of the returned goods within 10 working days of withdrawal. This refund will be made through a cancellation procedure that will use the same payment method used for the initial transaction (Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer). The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The security thread on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
• Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.
• All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered, nor used as a single external packaging .
• Swimwear and underwear (bikini, briefs, boxers, etc ...) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
• Returns must be sent inside the original box, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used to ship the items.
• In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or errors occur in shipments by "bluxury.it", the customer is invited to immediately contact customerservice@bluxury.it; "bluxury.it" reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
• Returns authorized by "bluxury.it" must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
• "bluxury.it" reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than those indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for "bluxury.it" or requires collection at a branch of the courier.
• "bluxury.it" reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns, however, entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
